Tandem Talent are working with an exciting, people focused retail company who are looking for a
new Service & Sales Advisor to join their Head Office Customer Service team.
As a Service and Sales Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting every customer when they contact us by helping that customer have a positive
and enjoyable omni-channel experience.
Providing an excellent service to our customers via telephone, chat & email
Engage and build rapport quickly with our customers to enable understanding of each
specific customers needs and wants
Be passionate about being the face of the company, consistently delivering positive and
friendly service throughout the whole customer journey
Drive sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Maintaining departmental and personal Service Level Agreements and KPIs in line with
Knowledge of retail and omni channel contact centre environment
Understanding and a passion for the outdoors including running
A people person who can adapt their style dependent on who they are talking to
Have demonstrable experience in handling complex and emotional complaints
Have a professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service vital, as
well as flexibility, the ability to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
Experience working within an omni-channel contact centre
